Do I need an appointment?
Walk ins are welcome but we recommend booking, particularly for longer services or specific occasions as we get very busy and cannot guarantee an appointment unless you have booked.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
We have gift vouchers available for all our services, as well as products. Vouchers are available from just £10 of any value you would like, so they are the perfect gift for whatever the occasion.
Do I need a strand or skin test?
Depending on the colour service you are having, a strand or skin test may be required. This will usually be arranged when booking or as a result of a colour consultation. Skin tests are required for all new clients at least 48hours prior to a lash or brow tint. This is a free of charge & should be arranged when booking.
Can I have credit?
We do not offer a credit scheme, however you can pay in installments before you have the desired appointment.
Can I pay over the phone?
If you would like to pre-pay or treat someone to their appointment that they've already got booked in, we can take card payments over the phone. Just call and ask and someone will let you know when we can take the payment for you! We want to make everything as easy as possible.
